After updating Juno Turbo, my Pop-up Blocker does not work or
Problems running Internet Explorer with Juno Turbo

Let our new Connection Wizard pinpoint your problem!

The Juno Connection Wizard is our newest help tool. Download it today to identify and resolve many common issues that may prevent you from successfully connecting to the Internet.

To use the Juno Connection Wizard, you will need to have a Windows Operating System (other than Windows NT) running on your computer. If you cannot download the Juno Connection Wizard from your computer, simply download it onto a diskette from any computer with Internet access and then install it on the computer you would like to fix.

If your Pop-up Blocker isn't working correctly after updating Juno Turbo, or if you are experiencing problems running Internet Explorer with Juno Turbo, there are several steps to try to troubleshoot the issue:

B. Download a new copy of Juno Turbo, uninstall, and reinstall
C. Disable or uninstall other accelerator or pop-up blocker software

A. Update Internet Explorer

If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, you may have trouble accessing certain aspects of our service.

B. Download a new copy of Juno Turbo, uninstall, and reinstall

  1. Download a new copy of the Juno Turbo software by clicking here.

Make sure you download OPTION 2. This download contains everything you need to get online and enjoy high-speed surfing over your dial-up connection.

  1. Uninstall your current version of the software.
  2. Re-install the new copy of our software you just downloaded.

C. Disable or uninstall other accelerator or pop-up blocker software

Web Accelerator programs or other pop-up blocker software are not compatible with Juno Turbo and must be disabled or uninstalled in order for Juno Turbo to function properly. In addition, we have identified potential conflicts with the following software:

  • Added Browser software (Such as Hotbar or XupiterToolbar)
  • Other Internet accelerators (Such as Earthlink Total Access, eAcceleration, or Slipstream Accelerator Plus)
  • Other Proxy-based programs (Such as Marketscore)
  • Other Pop-up blockers (Such as AdSubtract, Webwasher, or SpyBlocker)

If you are not sure whether you have any of these programs installed, click here to download and run our Connection Wizard, which will identify these installed programs for you.
