How do I change my contact and/or Billing information? If you would like to make changes to your billing account information online, please visit our Web site at http://account.juno.com. Here you can update your account status and manage other billing-related items. To update your billing address, please follow the instructions below: - Click the "Update my Address" link under the "Billing" section.
- Click "Change Billing Address" and enter your new information. You can change the name on the credit card, as well as your street address, city, state/province, ZIP/Postal code, country and phone number in the text boxes. Make sure to type the phone number like this: 1234657890 - without any spaces, dashes, or parentheses.
- To change your current Contact Address, click the "Change Contact Address" button. You can change the name on the credit card, as well as your street address, city, state/province, ZIP/Postal code, country and phone number in the text boxes. Make sure to enter the Phone number without any spaces, dashes, or parentheses.
Note: The name and address that you enter must match the information printed in your monthly statement for the credit card that you provided. - When you have finished making the changes, click the "Submit" button.
- After your session is completed, click the "Sign out" link at the top right.
- Click the "Submit" button when you are finished.
NOTE: For security reasons you will be unable to view your existing credit card details while updating or changing your billing information.
