Why do I see more than one charge on my credit card statement?

Juno may not have been able to collect your monthly payment in the previous month(s) (Click here for reasons as to why this could have happened). We may have attempted to charge your credit card the balance on your account before your current billing date. Depending upon your credit card monthly billing cycle, you may have received both charges (the charge for the previous month and the charge for the current month) on one credit card statement.
