I recently cancelled the Juno DSL service. Do I qualify for a refund and if so, how long does it take to receive it?

The 30-day money back guarantee applies to accounts that are cancelled within 30 days from the date the DSL service was activated on the phone line.

Depending on the billing date of your Juno account, you can expect refunds to be reflected on your account within 1-2 billing cycles.

To find out when your Juno DSL service was activated or to review the billing details of your account, log in to and click on Account Summary.
