I was changing my advanced firewall settings and now I can't access the Web.

Your Juno DSL modem's firewall is pre-set with default settings that allow the most common Internet connections. However, you can modify these settings by accessing the Firewall Advanced settings at your modem's configuration page.

If you have recently made changes to your Advanced settings and now find that you are having difficulty accessing the Internet, you may need to restore the defaults. To do so:

  1. Open up a web browser and go to gateway.2wire.net.
  2. Click on the Firewall icon, then select the Advanced Settings link.
  3. Under the "Inbound and Outbound Traffic" section, check all Outbound traffic types except "Netbios".

Please note: changing any settings in this window can negatively affect your ability to access the Internet!
