If I'm switching from dial-up with another Internet Service Provider, will I lose my email and contact information?

If your old email address remains active after switching to Juno DSL, you can still send and receive email at your old account. Other services normally offer a web mail option where you can simply access your email using an internet browser. Some services also offer means of accessing your email using third-party email programs, such as Microsoft Outlook Express.
