When will my DSL service be activated?

It typically takes a week from the time you place your order for us to process it and get your service activated. To check the status of your DSL order, visit https://account.juno.com/s/account, and click on the Track the status of your DSL order link. From here you can see when your Broadband Installation Kit will be shipped, and see your estimated Service Activation date.
