Saving your Password - Microsoft Outlook 97

If you have already set up your account according to our email setup on our Web pagehttp://www.juno.com/support/email/email_setup_mso97.html, the password should already be saved. If your password is not saved and you cannot access your Inbox, please follow the directions below:

  1. From the Tools menu, select Services.
  2. Double-click on Internet Email.
  3. Select the Servers tab.
  4. In the Password text box, type your password.
  5. Click OK to exit.
  6. Outlook will remember your password the next time you click on the Inbox button.

Note: You must close Outlook and re-open it for the password configuration to take place.
