Saving your Password - Microsoft Outlook 97 (sr1, 2)
If you have already set up your account according to our email setup on our Web page http://www.juno.com/support/email/email_setup_mso97sr1.html, the password should already be saved. If your password is not saved and you cannot access your Inbox, please follow the directions below:
- From the Tools menu, select Services.
- Double-click on Internet Email.
- Select the Servers tab.
- In the Password text box, type your password.
- Click OK to exit.
- Outlook will remember your password the next time you click on the Inbox button.
Note: You must close Outlook and re-open it for the password configuration to take place.
