Why can't I print some attachments?

If you can open and view an attachment but cannot print it out, make sure the program you used to open the attachment has a Print function. It is possible that the program you are using does not have one. Try to open the attachment using a graphics program that has a Print function, such as Microsoft Photo Editor, which comes with the Microsoft Office Product package.

To open Microsoft Photo Editor:

  1. Save your file attachment.
  2. Click the Windows Start button and select Programs, then Microsoft Photo Editor. (Or look in Microsoft Office Tools)
  3. From the File menu select Open File.
  4. When you have opened the attachment, print it by going to the File menu and selecting Print.
