How do I add a signature to my email messages? (Juno 5.0) You can personalize your messages by adding a signature. If you have already created a signature, you can add it to individual messages or you can have Juno add it automatically to all your messages.
To create or edit a signature: In Juno 5.0: Go to the Edit menu, point to Signature, and click Create Signature.
In Juno 4.0 or earlier: Go to the Options menu and select Reply Settings.
Note: If you have already created a signature and want to edit it, click Edit Signature. (After you create a signature, the Create Signature command changes to Edit Signature.)
In the Signature window, type or make any changes to your signature in the large text box. Your signature can be up to 400 characters and up to 5 lines long. If you want this signature to appear automatically each time you start a new message, select the Automatically add signature to all messages sent check box. Click OK.
To add your signature to an individual message: Place the insertion point in the message area. In Juno 5.0: Go to the Edit menu, point to Signature, and click Insert Signature.
In Juno 4.0 or earlier: Go to the Edit menu and select Insert Signature into Message or press Ctrl+M.
Your signature will appear below the insertion point.
