Can I change my Juno email address? (Juno 5.0) Once you create an account, you cannot change the email address associated with that particular account. If you would like to change your current email address, you can, however, create a new account with the email address you would like to use.
To create a new account: - Start Juno.
- In the Welcome to Juno window, click Create Account.
- Follow the Juno Signup wizard to create and establish a new Juno account. If you need help on a particular screen of the wizard, click the Help button located in the lower-left corner of the screen.
When creating a new account with a new email address, please make sure you note the following: - If you are a Juno Platinum member, your Juno Platinum service is available only from the account you used to sign up. If you want to cancel your service so you can sign up for a Juno Platinum account with a new email address, please call Customer Service toll-free at 1 (800) 654-JUNO [1-800-654-5866].
- Remember that we cannot forward your email messages from your old account to your new account. To make sure you receive your mail at your new email address, delete your old account from Juno's central computers and inform your correspondents of your new email address.
