How do I use Mobile Email? In order to use Mobile Email you'll need two things: | | 1. | A Juno account | | 2. | A cell phone with Internet capability |

To access your email account using Mobile Email: | | 1. | Connect to the Internet using your cell phone (note: if you are unsure how to do this, please refer to either your phone's user manual, or contact your cell phone service provider). | | 2. | Go to http://m.juno.com | | 3. | Sign in with your existing Juno Member ID and password to access your email account. |
To send an email message with Mobile Email: | | 1. | Click Compose at the bottom left of the main screen. | | 2. | Enter the recipient's email address(es) in the To: and CC: field, and fill out the Sub field. | | Note: To send an email to someone in your Address Book or Contact list, click on Contacts, check the box next to the email address you want, and click Send Mail. | | 3. | Write your message in the Compose box. | | 4. | To keep your message as a draft, click Save. The message will placed in your Draft folder until you delete it. | | 5. | To delete the entire email, click Cancel. | | 6. | Click Send to send your message. |
To read email, just use your phone's controls to click on the message you want to open. (Please note, different phones have different controls. To learn how to use your phone, please refer to your phone's user manual, or call your cell phone service provider) | | 1. | To reply to a message, click Reply or Reply All. | | 2. | To forward a message, click Forward. | | 3. | To delete a message, click Delete. | | 4. | Click on Next message or Previous message to move to other emails. |
