How do I view a video?
If you're an Juno member, new Video Mail messages will be in your Email on the Web inbox, identified by the Video Mail icon. To view, just click on the message as you would a regular email, and press the Play button in the middle of the screen.
If you're not an Juno member, you'll receive a Video Mail notification containing a link to your Video Mail. This will take you to a page where you will be able to view the video without worrying about downloading it first. You can visit the page as often as you like, and view the video as many times as you wish within the availability period based on the sender's service level.
The default setting to view Video Mail is automatically determined based on your connection. If the video is having problems playing, you can change the setting to improve performance by clicking on the Video Quality button to change it. To learn more about your video settings, click here
