Common JunoPort Errors / Solutions Error 14, 15, 16: Your copy of the NetZero software has been corrupted. You must reinstall the software in order to correct this problem. If you are receiving Errors 14, 15 or 16, please follow the steps below to resolve your problem. Search for JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe Uninstall and Reinstall Juno or Juno Turbo
Search for JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe - Click the Windows Start button, point to Find and select Files or Folders.
- Search for All files and folders.
- Under All or part of the file name, type: NetZeroInstaller.
- Ensure the Look In field shows My Computer.
- Click Find now.
- Open the NetZeroInstaller folder and locate JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe .
- Double-click on one of the files.
- Try connecting to Juno or Juno Turbo.
Uninstall and Reinstall Juno or Juno Turbo Important! Before uninstalling the Juno or Juno Turbo software, please ensure that you have a copy of the software to reinstall, either on CD or the downloaded JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe file. - Follow all of the instructions to uninstall and reinstall Juno Turbo.
- If you have the latest version of the Juno software, skip to Step B.
- Complete Step A first if you do not have the latest version of the Juno software.
Step A. Download Juno or Juno Turbo - Download a new copy of the Juno or Juno Turbo software by clicking here.
- Click the appropriate Download Now link.
- Choose the option to Save the incoming file. You will be asked to choose a directory. From the Save in drop-down menu, select Desktop so that the download file will be easy to locate.
- Once the download is complete, disconnect from Juno or Juno Turbo.
Step B. Uninstall your current version of Juno or Juno Turbo Note: You may want to write down your Juno or Juno Turbo Member ID and password - you will need it to log on to Juno or Juno Turbo again. - Click on the Windows Start button, point to Settings and select Control Panel.
- Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
- Click once on Juno to highlight it and click on the Add/Remove button.
- Click OK to confirm the file deletion.
- Close any open windows and reboot your computer.
Step C. Install the latest version of Juno or Juno Turbo - Double-click on the JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe file you downloaded earlier, which should be on your Desktop if you saved it there. If you can't find the JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe file, follow the steps in Appendix A below.
- Follow the on-screen installation instructions.
- Your Juno or Juno Turbo upgrade is now complete.
Appendix A Follow these steps to locate the JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe file.- Click the Windows Start button, point to Find and select Files or Folders.
- In the All or part of the file name field, type: JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe .
- Ensure that the Look in field indicates My Computer.
- Click on the Find now button.
- When you see the JunoSetup.exe or JunoHSSetup.exe file, double-click on it. This will start the installation process. Please follow the instructions on screen to ensure that Juno or Juno Turbo is installed correctly.
- Once the new installation has been completed, double-click the Juno or Juno Turbo icon on the desktop to connect.
