Common Macintosh Errors / Solutions Proxy Server Problems - Internet Explorer This page applies to Mac OS 9 users only.If your browser is set to use a proxy, you might experience connection problems while using Juno. Such problems can be easily remedied by disabling proxies in your default browser. Internet Explorer 5 Users: - Open Internet Explorer
- From the Edit menu, select Preferences...
- Scroll down to the Network section on the left, and select Proxies.
- Make sure only the box next to Use Web Proxy for all is checked.
 - Click OK to exit.
You should now be able to view all Web sites through Juno.
