Common Browser Errors / Solutions Error - Corrupt installation detected (Juno 5.0) If you get a message that states "Corrupt installation detected" while trying to install Juno 5.0 or earlier, it is from the installation program, not from Juno itself. Typically, this message indicates that the Juno installation files could not be extracted from the CD-ROM or the file you downloaded. If you downloaded the software from our Web site, try downloading the software again by going to http://my.juno.com/s/download. If possible, use a different Web browser. If you're installing Juno from the CD-ROM, run ScanDisk (in Windows 95/98) on the Juno CD-ROM to check for any obvious problems. For more information on using ScanDisk, please see your Windows user's manual. If the CD-ROM is corrupted, you can download the software from our Website by going to http://my.juno.com/s/download.
