Error - Display does not support PALETTE or STRETCHBILT (Juno 5.0)

If you are having trouble creating a Juno account from the Member Profile screen and see one of these messages, it typically indicates that one of the following fields on the Basic Account Information screen contains incorrect information:

  • State/Province
  • Zip/Postal Code
  • Country
