I can not install Dial-Up Networking because I do not have my Windows installation files on disk, CD-ROM, or backed up on my computer (Juno 5.0)

Please make sure you have your Windows installation files on disk or CD-ROM, or that they are backed up on your computer. If you deleted them from your computer or do not have them on disk or CD-ROM, you will not be able to complete the Microsoft Dial-Up Networking installation. Because this software is part of the Windows operating system, we cannot redistribute it. You will need to get it directly from Microsoft.

Please note, however, that if you do not have Dial-Up Networking installed, you can still connect to get and send your Juno email.
