I can not open Juno Online Help (Juno 5.0)

If you try to open the Juno Online Help and nothing happens, your computer may not have enough available memory to run the Juno Online Help from within Juno. To see if this is the case, you can try opening the Juno Online Help outside of Juno.

If you open the Juno online Help outside of Juno and get an error message, you know your system does not have enough memory to run the online Help. If this is the case, you can try freeing up your system memory by closing all the applications you have open (except Juno), then try to open the online Help again.

If the problem persists, even if you are only running Juno, you may need to reinstall your Juno software or upgrade your computer.

To open the Juno online Help outside of Juno:

  1. Locate and open the folder where you installed Juno. For example, if you installed Juno in C:\Program Files\Juno, use My Computer or Windows Explorer to get there.
  2. In this folder, double-click the lib folder to open it.
  3. In the lib folder, double-click the juno.hlp file to start the Juno Online Help. The juno.hlp file is the file that contains the Juno Online Help.
