How can I change credit cards after paying for Platinum? If you would like to review or make changes to your billing account, we have set up a Web site for this purpose. Please click here to access this site, or do the following: - Go to http://my.juno.com
- Click on the My Account button near the top right.
- Log in if necessary.
- Click on the Update Billing Account Information link.
This will take you to the Billing Account Maintenance Web page where you can review your account status. If you would like to transfer your service to a different credit card: - Click on the button next to View or Modify Existing Billing Information.
- Erase the text in the Credit Card Number field and enter your new credit card number.
- Erase the text in the Expiration Date field and enter the expiration date for your new credit card
- Erase the text in the Name on Credit Card field and enter the exact name listed on your new credit card.
- When you are finished making changes, click on the button above Update Billing Information.
- When your session is completed, from the Account Maintenance page, click on the button next to LogOut.
