Once I pay for a premium service, will I be billed again automatically? If you signed up for a Juno premium service using a credit card, your card will be billed automatically each month to continue your premium membership. - Premium service monthly account
Your card will be automatically billed every month on the day you signed up.
- Premium service five-month account
Your card will be automatically billed for another five months exactly five months from the day you signed up.
- Premium service 12-month account
Your card will be automatically billed for another 12 months exactly 12 months from the day you signed up.
If you decided to pay for the premium service via check or money order, you will receive an invoice in the mail a few weeks prior to your payment plan's expiration date. You can choose to renew your plan at that time by mailing another check or money order, or you can pay using any of our other payment methods. If you signed up for the premium service using the Phone Bill payment option, you will automatically be billed at the same time as your telephone bill. It may take up to 3 months to see your first premium service charge appear on your telephone bill. Please note that you may see up to 3 months of premium service charges on your first telephone bill to keep your service and billing in sync.
