When will my gift certificates expire? Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase. (Expiration may not apply in some states. What happens to my monthly billing when I apply a gift certificate to my balance? Applying a gift certificate to your account balance will suspend your monthly billing on your current payment type until the gift certificate is used in full. Please note that the first charge after the gift certificate is exhausted may be slightly lower than the usual monthly fee. Juno is no longer accepting Gift Certificates. What happens to any unused portion once a gift certificate is redeemed? Any remaining balance of the gift certificate not used to pay for service at the initial time of redemption will be transferred to the recipient’s Juno account balance. This remaining balance will automatically be used to pay for future service.
