Can I connect after I use up my 30 hours of access time? Juno's Toll-Free service provides you with 30 hours of Internet access for each billing cycle. You can exceed 30 hours of Internet access by turning on metered billing in your Toll-Free Billing Preferences. You will then be billed for extra access time at 2½ ¢ per minute (if you exceed 30 hours per billing cycle). Your billing cycle is based on the day you first signed up for your Juno service, so if you originally signed up for the Juno service on May 12, your billing cycle would begin on the 12th of each month and end on the 11th). To check your Internet usage, visit your account page at http://account.juno.com and click on Usage Report. To turn on Metered Billing, simply visit your account page at http://account.juno.com and click on Toll-Free Billing Preferences. Juno Toll-Free is limited to 30 hours of usage per month. Usage is rounded up to the next whole minute. Monthly usage beyond 30 hours will incur a fee of 2½ ¢ per minute. We will round your total monthly fee to nearest whole cent. You may incur long distance charges should you use an access number that differs from the toll-free number provided by Juno. Live telephone technical support is available for a fee of $25 per incident. You are responsible for any long distance and technical support charges incurred even during any free, trial or discounted periods.
