If I signed up for Platinum, why do I still see banner ads?

If you signed up for Juno's Platinum service and are still seeing the normal JunoPort with banner ads, it could be due to several factors:

1. The Member ID being used to connect to Juno is not the Member ID that signed up for the Juno Platinum service.

If you have multiple Member IDs within your household, then the Member ID that signed up for the Juno Platinum service will need to be used to logon in order to see the bannerless Platinum Toolbar.

If other members of your household would like to use over 10 hours per month of Juno and enjoy the Platinum Toolbar, then they will also need to sign up for the Juno Platinum service.

2. The latest version of the Juno software is not running on your computer.

If you are currently running the latest version of the our software, then the title bar on of the Juno Logon screen should read: Juno QS v 1.3 Logon or Juno v6.1.3 Logon. If you have an older version of Juno installed, then please click here to download and install the most current version of Juno.
