How do I connect to the Internet?

If you have a Juno Stick™:
    1. Plug your Juno Stick into an open USB port.
    2. Wait a brief moment while the device searches for a signal and automatically connect to the network. For some models of the Juno Stick, a connection manager software may prompt you to click the Connect button.

If you have a Juno HotSpot™, MiFi® 5580 or 500 LTE:
    1. Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to turn it on.
    2. Wait a brief moment while the device searches for a signal and automatically connect to the Juno network. It is recommended that when using either device at home, you either have it plugged in to an electrical socket, or connected to your computer, in order to ensure that the battery doesn't get drained.
    3. If you previously set up or already connected your WiFi-enabled device to the Juno HotSpot, MiFi® 5580 or 500 LTE, it should connect automatically. If you haven't yet set up your Wi-Fi-enabled device or to set up additional WiFi-enabled devices to connect to the Juno HotSpot, MiFi® 5580 or 500 LTE, click here.

If you have a Juno 4G Home Modem:
    1. Plug in the power cord. There is no power button and the device will automatically turn on.
    2. Wait a brief moment while the device searches for a signal and automatically connect to the Juno network.
    3. You can connect your Internet-ready devices using a standard Ethernet cable connection. The network cable port is located at the back of the modem.
    4. You can also connect Wi-Fi-enabled devices to the modem. If you previously set up or already connected your Wi-Fi-enabled device, it should connect automatically. If you haven't yet set up your Wi-Fi-enabled device or to set up additional Wi-Fi-enabled devices to connect to the modem, click here.

Keep in mind that in order to connect the Internet, you must be within the Juno coverage area. To check where service is available, click here.
