In order to use Juno PC Tune-Up, your computer must meet these requirements:

• Internet Explorer 6 or above
• 64 MB RAM

Do I have to be a Juno member to get Juno PC Tune-Up?

No, you do not need to be a Juno member to get Juno PC Tune-Up. The only requirement is that you have Internet access. However, in order to use Juno PC Tune-Up, you must create a Juno Member ID and password.

How do I install PC Tune-Up?

Installing Juno PC Tune-Up is easy. Just insert the Juno PC Tune-Up CD into your CD drive and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the software is installed, connect to the Internet, double-click the Juno PC Tune-Up icon on your Desktop, and type in your User Name and Password to access the software. Check the box next to Log in automatically next time to avoid having to enter your User Name and Password every time you use the software.

Your Juno PC Tune-Up User Name is the same as your Juno Member ID, and your Juno PC Tune-Up password will be provided on your CD sleeve.

How do I retrieve my password?

If you have lost or forgotten your Juno PC Tune-Up password, you can retrieve it at any time by visiting www.juno.com/tuneup

Please note, your Juno PC Tune-Up password is not the same as your Juno account password.

How do I check my computer with PC Tune-Up?

To check your computer with Juno PC Tune-Up, just double-click on the Juno PC Tune-Up icon on your Desktop, and click Optimize. The software will then automatically begin to check your system.

I'm having problems using PC Tune-Up.

How do I uninstall PC Tune-Up?

If you need to uninstall Juno PC Tune-Up just click on the Windows Start button, select Control Panel, then click on Add or Remove Programs (Uninstall a program for Vista). Scroll through the list until you find Juno PC Tune-Up, then select Remove.

Please note that uninstalling Juno PC Tune-Up does not cancel your service. If you wish to cancel your Juno PC Tune-Up subscription, please click here to contact Juno Customer Support.

How can I pay for PC Tune-Up?

You can pay for Juno PC Tune-Up with any of the following:

How can I check my PC Tune-Up account?

You can check the status of your PC Tune-Up account, look up past payments, or find out when the next payment is due by logging in to account.juno.com and clicking on Account Summary.

How do I change my account or payment information?

You can change your account information (i.e. your billing address), or your payment information (i.e. update your credit card) by logging in to account.juno.com and clicking on either Change Your Payment Information or Update Your Billing Address.
