Will I get a refund if I cancel my service?

In order to get a full refund of your $399.98 installation and equipment fee, you must cancel your service before our professional installer arrives to set-up your satellite dish and modem.

If you have the equipment installed and cancel the service within the Satisfaction Gurarantee period (which lasts 31 days from the service activation), you'll receive a $200 refund for the equipment fee.*

However, if you cancel your service after the Satisfaction Guarantee period during the 24 month commitment period, you would be charged $300 as early termination fee.

*Refunds are processed 30 days after receiving the equipment, and will be based on the condition of the returned material. All equipment must be returned within 60 days of service cancellation. Juno will not pay for uninstalling the equipment.
