Do I need to return my satellite equipment when I cancel the service?

In order to receive a $200 refund for the equipment fee, you must cancel your service within the first 31 days of activation and return all of the equipment*. If you cancel the service after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund, and can keep the equipment.

*Refunds are processed 30 days after receiving the equipment, and will be based on the condition of the returned material. All equipment must be returned within 60 days of service cancellation. Juno will not pay for uninstalling the equipment.
