What do I do if my satellite dish gets damaged?

If your satellite dish gets damaged, or if it accidentally becomes out of position, contact customer service. A professional installer will need to inspect and repair the dish. If this happens within the first six months of your service activation, the installation and any equipment is free.

If you have problems with your satellite dish after the first six months, you will be responsible for any fees for the installation or repairs, but not any equipment.
