If I discontinue the Juno Satellite service, can I keep the Juno Satellite modem?

Yes, if you've been a member in good standing for more than a month you may keep your Satellite modem. However, if you cancel your service before the end of your commitment you will be charged a cancellation fee based on your plan. If, however, you cancel within the first thirty days and seek to utilize the money back guarantee, you can not keep the Satellite modem and must return it to Juno.

  1. Click on the My Account tab on the Juno Satellite Web site or visit https://account.juno.com/s/account.
  2. From the main My Account page, select Account Summary.
