How do I clean the registry?

Registry cleanup removes unnecessary items from your computer's registry (i.e. from uninstalled programs), helping maintain performance.

To run Registry Cleanup:

1. Start Norton 360™ Online, click on Tasks, and click Run Registry Cleanup. This may take a few minutes depending on the size of your registry.
2. Once the Registry Cleanup is complete you will see a summary of the results. Click Close to finish.
