Using Juno Internet


What is JTV?
When you connect to Juno Internet, you will notice a new feature called JTV. JTV provides you with information we believe you will find entertaining, interesting, or valuable. JTV will play while your modem connects to our servers, and automatically closes once you are connected.

My favorites are missing.
When you installed Juno Internet, your Favorites might not have been transferred. If not, they still exist in the Juno Web browser in Juno Classic.


What happened to my Web browser?
Juno Internet uses Internet Explorer as its default browser. When you select Web, either upon logging in or after getting your email, you'll see the Internet Explorer interface.
