What's new with the Juno Upgrade?

Even though the new Juno still works the same, it contains some important changes to make your online experience even better than ever. You'll notice:

• A new look for the Read, Write, and Web tabs, as well as a redesigned Connection screen, but all the functions are the same.
• A newly redesigned email section, giving you more room to read and write messages, options to include BCC recipients, customizable folders to store your messages, and a more robust address book to manage contacts.
• Your Web browsing experience will also be better, with a larger browser area and streamlined navigation
• We've also upgraded our access numbers and improved our connection process to improve stability and reduce the number of failed or dropped connections.

How much does upgrading cost?

Upgrading to Juno 8.8 is completely free, and there are no additional monthly charges for using the new Juno.

What are the system requirements?

The system requirements for the new Juno are:

• 90MHz or faster processor
• 64MB RAM
• 50MB free hard disk space
• 28.8k modem
• Internet Explorer 5.0.1 or higher
• VGA monitor with 800 x 600 resolution

• 512MB RAM
• 50MB free hard disk space
• 56k modem
• Internet Explorer 7.0
• SVGA monitor with 800x 600 resolution

What happens to my old emails and settings?

Once you upgrade to the new Juno all of your email settings, including messages in your Inbox, all of your folders and their contents, and your contact list, are copied and transferred. So, when you click on your Mail tab, everything will be right where you left it.
