If you can't remember your password, please follow these steps to retrieve it:

- Log into the Juno software, where you have saved your password.
- Send a message from your Juno account to: password@support.juno.com.
- Once we've received your message, we'll verify your address and send you an email with your password.

We recommend that you change your password periodically for your own security. To do this, Click on the "Options" menu in your Juno software and then click on "Password and Security..." The Password and Security window will then offer you the ability to change your password. |
