Sending Email to Groups To send email to groups in your Address Book: - Click the Address Book tab on the top toolbar to open the address book.
- Click the Groups tab, and then select one or more lists by clicking the check boxes to the left of the group name.
- Click Compose new and select Email, to address your email to the selected lists.
Note: If you remember the list name, you can send email to the list name as a shortcut.
