Go to webmail.juno.com and enter your Juno Member ID (your email address without the @juno.com) and password. Do I have to be connected to the Web to read and write email? You can continue to read and write email through your regular email program without tying up your phone line or being connected to the Web.
You will need to connect to the Web to read and write email through Message Center. How can I leave email on the server so I can download it later using my regular email program? Email left in your Inbox will remain on the server and will be available to be downloaded the next time you check your email using the Juno software and your regular email program. If you delete any messages from your Inbox while using Email on the Web or place them in a folder on the Email on the Web system, they won't be downloaded to your computer. Messages in custom folders will be saved, but deleted messages are permanently erased. What do I do if I've forgotten my password? If you accidentally delete a message and want to retrieve it, you can move the message from the trash folder to your Inbox or a new folder you created. For instructions on how to do this, click here.
Note: Any messages left in the trash after you end your Email on the Web session will be permanently erased.
