Will I still be able to read and write email using the Juno software? Yes. You can use any email program you like or your smartphone to get and send Juno email.

How do I access the new Email on the Web system? Go to webmail.juno.com and enter your Juno user name and password.
Do I have to be connected to the Web to read and write email? Yes. You need to be connected to the Web, to read and write email while using Email on the Web.
How can I leave email on the server so I can download it later using my regular email program? Email left in your Inbox will remain on the server and will be available to be downloaded the next time you check your email using the Juno software. If you delete any messages from your Inbox while using Email on the Webor place them in a folder on the Email on the Websystem, they won't remain on the server. Deleted messages are permanently deleted.
What do I do if I forgot my password? If you can not remember your password, please follow these steps to retrieve it: - Log into the Juno software where you have saved your password.
- Send a message from your Juno account to password@support.juno.com.
- Once we receive your message, we willl verify your address and send you an email with your password.
How do I save messages I've accidentally sent to the Trash? If you accidentally delete a message and want to retrieve it, you can move the message from the trash folder to a new folder you created. For instructions on how to do this, click here.
Note: Any messages left in the trash after you end your Email on the Web session will be permanently erased.
When I try to access my account using Juno Email on the Web, I get the error message: "Account not authenticated by ISP server pop.juno.com." To access your account through JunoEmail on the Web, you must have remote access to your account enabled. Remote access is an optional security measure of Juno that you can easily enable or disable. If remote access is disabled, you cannot log on to Juno Email on the Web, even if you're using the computer on which you disabled the remote access. After you enable remote access, try logging on to Juno Email on the Webagain.

When I check my Juno Email on the Web, I get messages with "Fetchmail oversized-messages warning" in the Subject line. These messages indicate that you have mail waiting for you on Juno's server that exceeds the size that can be handled by Email on the Web.Email on the Webhas a 2 MB size restriction on each email message. These messages are harmless, but can be annoying because you will get them every time you get new mail.

How do I check my Juno email if I'm connected to the Internet using a different Internet Service Provider (ISP) or over a local area network (LAN)? If you use Juno 2.0 or later, you can check your Juno email while connected to the Internet using another ISP. Just change your Juno connection method to "over a network." Then, connect to your other ISP, start Juno, and click Get New Mail in the Read screen.
Just remember, that if you normally connect using a modem, you'll have to change the connection method back to using a modem when you use a Juno connection to check your email.
