Sorting Messages

Email on the Web allows you to sort messages according to the following criteria:

The "From" address
Subject
Date and Time sent
File size of the message
Attachments
Flagging
The "To" address (in Sent and Draft folders only)

At the top of the message list is a bar with a flag icon, a paperclip icon, and links to From, Subject, Date/Time, and Size. Clicking any of these will sort all the messages in your list.

For instance, if you click the Subject link, all your messages will display in alphabetical order according to the subject.

Clicking on a category highlights it, and shows an arrow pointing up or down.

When the Arrow points Up:

From	Messages are sorted in alphabetical order
Subject	Messages are sorted in alphabetical order
Date	Messages are sorted with the oldest messages at the top
Size	Messages are sorted with the smallest messages at the top

When the Arrow points Down:

From	Messages are sorted in reverse alphabetical order, with Z at the top, and A at the bottom
Subject	Messages are sorted in reverse alphabetical order, with Z at the top, and A at the bottom
Date	Messages are sorted with the newest messages at the top
Size	Messages are sorted with the largest messages at the top
