If you've forgotten your password you'll need to contact us to have it reset. You can call us at 1-800-654-5866, or send an email to password@support.juno.com You will need to provide your Juno member ID and four digit PIN for verification purposes in order to reset your password. Juno Platinum or SpeedBand members can use the last four digits of the credit card used to pay the account. If you pay by check you will need your Juno account number for verification. If you don't have a PIN and would like to create one, click here. Please note, however, that you will need your password to create one. If you just want to reset your password: - Double-click the Juno icon on your desktop, and select Email to connect.
- Click on Options then select Password and Security...
- You'll be asked to type your current password, your new password, and to confirm your new password. When finished, click OK.
