What are Mail Assistant conditions and actions? (Juno 5.0) Conditions determine on which messages a Mail Assistant acts. When a message meets one or all of the conditions you have set, then the Mail Assistant performs a specified action or actions on it. Certain conditions require you to supply information to complete the condition. Actions determine what a Mail Assistant does when a message meets one or more conditions. Actions do something with a message, such as moving or deleting it, or they perform other functions, such as playing a sound or running a program. For example, if you select the condition it is addressed to, a box appears below the condition list for you to type or select an email address. The Mail Assistant will act on any messages addressed to that email address.
