How do I disable the option to empty my Deleted Messages folder when I exit Juno (Juno 5.0)? By default, Juno automatically empties the Deleted Messages folder each time you exit. If you would rather empty the Deleted Messages folder when you choose to, you can change this setting. Note: In Juno 4.0 or earlier, the Deleted Messages folder is called the Deleted Items folder.
To disable the Empty Deleted Messages folder on exit option in Juno 5.0: - Go to the Options menu, point to Email Preferences, then click Other Email Preferences.
- On the Other Email Preferences screen, clear the Empty the Deleted Messages folder on exit check box.
- Click OK.
To disable the Empty Deleted Items folder on exit option in Juno 3.0 or 4.0:
- Go to the Options menu and select Email Options.
- On the Email Options screen, clear the Empty the Deleted Items folder on exit check box.
- Click OK.
To disable the Empty Deleted Items folder on exit option in Juno 2.0:
- Go to the Options menu and select Empty 'Deleted Items' on Exit.
- When this command has a check mark next to it, this option is turned on. When the check mark is removed, this option is turned off.
