How do I get back a message that I deleted? (Juno 5.0) When you delete a message (whether the message is deleted from a folder, from the Outbox, or as a saved draft), the message is temporarily placed in the Deleted Messages folder. The message is stored in the Deleted Messages folder until you empty the folder or exit Juno (depending on your Juno preferences). It is important to note that once you empty the Deleted Messages folder, there is no way you can get a previously deleted message back. If, however, you have not emptied the Deleted Messages folder yet, you can restore a deleted message. Note: If you use Juno 4.0 or earlier, the Deleted Messages folder is called the Deleted Items folder.
To restore a deleted message in Juno 2.0 or later:
- On the Read screen, click the Folder arrow to select the Deleted Messages folder.
- In the message list of the Deleted Messages folder, right-click the message you want to restore, point to Move Message to on the shortcut menu, then click the folder you want to restore this message to.
The message will be removed from the Deleted Messages folder and placed in the folder you specified.
