"Disable IPX Header Compression"

  1. On your desktop, double-click the My Computer icon.
  1. Double-click the Control Panel icon.
  1. Double-click the Network icon.
  1. Click once on the Dial-Up Adapter to highlight it.
  1. Select Properties.
  1. Select the Advanced tab.
  1. Under Property, select Use IPX header compression.
  2. Under Value, select No.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click OK again to exit.
