Common Browser Errors / Solutions Error - The dialing script file is not available or unreadable (Juno 5.0) If you get a message that states "The dialing script file C:\...\juno\lib\scripts is not available or unreadable," it generally occurs after you upgrade your Juno software and indicates that Juno is having difficulty reading your access number list. You will need to delete some access number files (dialprof.nv and pop.nv) on your computer and then update your access number list. To delete the additional files (dialprof.nv and pop.nv): - Close Juno.
- Locate the folder where you installed Juno. For example, if you installed Juno in C:\Program Files\Juno, use My Computer or Windows Explorer to get there.
- Open the folder where you installed Juno. In this folder is a folder called lib.
- Open the lib folder. In the lib folder there are two files called dialprof.nv and pop.nv. Delete these files by selecting them, then pressing the delete key on your keyboard.
- Start Juno and update your access number list again.
To update and change access numbers in Juno 2.0 or later: - Go to the Connection menu and select Access Number Setup and Selection.
- Click Next on each of the dialing set up screens until you get to the Update Numbers screen.
- On the Update Numbers screen, click Get New Access Number List. Juno will dial a toll-free number to connect to its central computers and then download an up-to-date list of access numbers.
- After Juno has downloaded the latest access number list, click Next to select your new access numbers.
