| I am getting a Script Error message whenever I start Juno | | If you have a popup blocker or an Ad-blocker installed on your system, you may notice multiple script error messages when you connect with Juno. These errors do not occur if the ad-blockers / pop-blockers are properly configured. In order to prevent these error messages from appearing, you will need to configure the software programs to work with Juno. There are 3 ways to do this:
Solution 1: Add Juno to your ad-blocker's exclusion list Solution 2: Configure the ad-blocker to allow banner ads Solution 3: Turn off the filtering feature in your ad-blocking software
If you are using AdSubtract, please follow the instructions listed below. If you are using any other ad-blocking/pop-up blocking software, please refer to your Ad blocker/ Popup product documentation for specific instructions on configuring the software to allow ads from Juno. | | AdSubtract | | Solution 1: Add the Juno Web pages to the Bypass Site list. To add a Web site to the Bypass list, right-click anywhere on the Web page and select AdSubtract: Bypass Site. You may need to repeat this process on other Juno Web pages on which you get script errors. | | Solution 2: Configure AdSubtract to allow banner ads This solution will solve the script error messages for all Juno pages, but will also result in other banner ads displaying on other Web sites you visit. - Open the AdSubtract software, and click on the Block icon.
- From the choices on the left, uncheck the Banner Ads box.
- Click on OK.
| | Solution 3: Turn off AdSubtract filtering This solution solves the script error messages for all Juno pages, but also results in effectively turning off all of AdSubtract's filtering. - Open the AdSubtract software.
- On the main dialog box, click on Disable Filtering in the Ad Blocking section.
- Click on OK.
