I'm moving. How do I change my contact and/or billing information? (Juno 5.0) If you move and need to change your billing address, please visit the My Account section of the Juno Web site at https://account.juno.com/s/account. On our secure Web site, you can easily change your billing or contact address. We recommend keeping your contact information (name, address, phone number) current. Juno uses this information if we need to contact you for support reasons and to fulfill password requests for basic service members. You can change this information directly in the Juno software. On our secure Web site, you can change your credit card information, billing or contact address, and you can view your account summary, usage, and more, at any time of the day. To send a customized request to the Juno Customer Support Team, create your own personal ticket by visiting our Web site at http://www.juno.com/support/pat/. You will receive personalized assistance from a Customer Support technician in approximately one business day.
To change your name, address, or phone number in Juno 3.0 or later: - Go to the Options menu and select Name and Address.
- On the Name and Address screen, change the information in any of the boxes.
- Click OK.
The next time you connect to Juno, this new information will be transmitted to our central computers.
To change your name, address, or phone number in Juno 2.0: - Go to the Options menu and select Update Member Profile.
- Click Next until you get to the screen where you can change your name, address, and phone number.
- Change the information in any of the boxes.
- Click Next until you get to the end, then click Finish.
Juno will connect to the central computers and update your Member Profile.
