Can I use a Juno 5.0 Platinum or SpeedBand account (PC) with the Mac or Linspire version of Juno? Unfortunately, Juno 5.0 Platinum and SpeedBand accounts for the PC cannot be used to log on to the Juno software for Mac or Linspire. If you want to use the Mac or Linspire software to access your Juno Platinum service, you will need to upgrade your account to version 6.0. This involves signing up for a new Juno 6.0 account and cancelling your current billable Juno 5.0 account. Note: Juno SpeedBand is not available for Mac or Linspire at this time.
To sign up for a new Juno 6.0 account: Visit http://www.juno.com and click on the Sign up Now link next to Juno Platinum. You will be instructed to choose a new Member ID and password, and fill out the necessary billing information for your new account. You can then download the Juno 6.0 software. Note: Mac and Linspire users must visit http://www.juno.com from their Mac or Linspire computer to be able to download the Juno software for the Macintosh or Linspire OS. Once you have your new Juno 6.0 account, you can cancel your old Juno 5.0 account. Note: These instructions only apply to Juno 5.0 members. To cancel your Juno 5.0 Platinum subscription online: Click here and follow the instructions to cancel your account. Your account cancellation will be effective as of your next monthly billing date.
