How do I change my password? (Juno 5.0) You can change your password from within the Juno software. Just remember that if you imported this account to other computers, you must change your password on those computers as well. To change your password in Juno 3.0 or later: - Go to the Options menu and select Password and Security.
- The Password and Security screen will appear. Type your current password (the password you want to change) in the Old password box.
Juno requires your current password to verify that you are authorized to make changes. Only asterisks (*) are displayed on your screen while you type so no one passing by can see what you are typing. - In the New password box, type your new password, which can be any combination of letters or numbers from a minimum of 4 up to a maximum of 64 characters.
- In the Confirm new password box, re-type your new password.
- Click OK. Juno will update the password information on its central computers.
- After your password has successfully been changed, you will see a confirmation message. Click OK.
To change your password in Juno 2.0: - Go to the Options menu and select Password and Security.
- The Password and Security screen will appear. Type your current password (the password you want to change) in the Old password box.

Remember these password guidelines so your password will keep your account safe and secure: - Do NOT email your password to anyone. Juno representatives will never ask you to email your password; do not email your password to anyone claiming to be a Juno representative.
- Make your password hard to guess and easy to remember (combining random words together often works well).
- Using both letters and numbers will make your password more secure.
- Do not use a password that can easily be associated with you. For example, your birthday, Social Security number, your children's names, nicknames, or favorite hobbies.
- Never tell anyone your password. However, a Juno representative may ask for it over the phone when you call for assistance.
- Remember, you may change your password at any time!
- If you think your password has been compromised, please contact postmaster@juno.com immediately.
