New User Guide for Former Earthlink Members Now that you've made the switch to Juno, you will notice certain differences in the way you access different Internet features. A. Where's my email? There are several different ways to access email with Juno. The easiest and most common way is to use Juno Email on the Web. With Email on the Web, you can access your account to read, write, and send email. To get to Email on the Web: - You can easily access all of your email folders and options by clicking the "Email on the Web" tab from my.juno.com

B. How do I inform friends and family about my new Juno email address? If you are running version 6.x of the Juno software, you can use the Email Change of Address Kit located in the Options menu within the JunoPort / Juno Platinum Toolbar. For more information on how to use this tool, click here.
